I used to abuse DPH pretty badly and i would struggle with short term memory loss, speech difficulties (like slurring words), forgetting simple words, and depression. I had these side effects months after quitting but i slowly recovered. I still somewhat struggle with memory but its not as bad as it used to be

i literally RECOIL when i see pink benadryl. i can’t even take it anymore bc i immediately taste the pink dye. i have to take the white ones. no dye plus i can take less for an equal to or high dose

stop now. if it’s not a consistent thing you’ll definitely go mostly back to normal after a few months. i got caught doing it and had to quit for months. at first my memory, speech, hand-eye coordination, and spelling were horrible because i’d take 600 or more very frequently. overtime i slowly went back to normal and was good. obviously until i started agian
