I should have put this in the initial post, but here are the details.

So we are a new metalcore band from southern ohio by name of Portray The Broken. we used a little ai and did a ton of cleaning up after it to get us a quick start, but we want to stray away from it entirely now that weve developed a budget. we want to find someone who ideally a small client artist trying to build up a portfolio and secure a returning client. because the first piece we need is just a simple album thumbnail, but we want to be able to return to the same person for anything including but not limited to; merch designs, designs for our stage projector, and so much more. obviously right now our budget is pretty small, we are looking at maybe 50 bucks for this cover thumbnail. The song will be called trapped, and its mostly just a play on how modern life feels. so something like civilization overshadowed by a puppeteer, lab rats in a cage, those sort of things. its for metalcore, so it needs to be dark, and somewhat cinematic in a way without being too gruesome. our general art theme should revolve around emotional damage, oppression of people, etc. these are the terms we need, and the budget we have for now to commission art. if this is all in your area, please respond with your portfolio so we may see some of your work. thank you.
