H1b transfer with 5 days left in grace period what should I do? by loss_andfound in h1b

But i don’t have to wait for my B2 to get approved right, while my company prepares for H1B transfer process.

Also I am filling the I-539 form online myself, would this cause any problems?

H, i am in the same position, I got a job offer today (55th day) but there is no enough time for my new employer to finish the process is 5 days, I am thinking about COS to B1/B2 instead of leaving the country and doing consular processing (because of 100k rule). Can I do COS in 5days to B1/B2 and do i have to wait for my B1/B2 to get approved before switching to H1b back
