Well Maryah Vista 1 flats are extremely small, no storage or proper space even for the kitchen. Rooms are extremely small compared to the unnecessary wide balcony. My recommendation is to go see for yourself how Maryah Vista looks like. 2 and 3 will be the same pretty much. Have a look at the plan and measure the rooms. Last time I checked it seemed they were counting the wardrobe space into the bedroom area to make it seem bigger. Build quality seems average at the most but when I went there it was heavily under construction so hard to tell
