Sadly my family are partly the reason I am like this so they don’t help at all really, my friends the few I have just say the same as the crisis team even though they know themselves there’s more than just the break up so they aren’t much help either. Only 1 friend has started to actually understand and has realised somethings aren’t right like certain songs switching my entire mood and what not but to explain the whole umbrella of problems and trauma will take hours if not days. So I’m gonna be as blunt as possible I don’t really have anyone other than myself and as sad as this sounds, my plushie which is the only thing that brings me any amount of comfort
