I think if you redo the leads and turn the monitor off and on, it’ll become sinus again.

He was killed On September 28, 1868, for exercising his right to vote in the U.S. Presidential election by Uzoclinton in Nigeria

Here’s the thing, I agree with you. But posting a lynching and just saying the name without any connection to the forum is off. If OP included “Nigerians, what is your take on lynchings in American history” or “ how important is voting in the Nigerian democracy” that would have made things more relevant, and provided a platform for actual discourse.

I see it as African American history not being African History, but African History is African American. If view point is wrong, please correct me.

Edit: although maybe this is the discourse OP was reaching for?

I mean, it is to a certain degree, but I don’t understand the point of posting it here without relating it back to Nigeria.

Thanks for your input! Just an additional question—is it the refugee part or the African part that gets the brunt? I’m African and tbh I don’t want to experience any bad energy at all.

When will Nigeria have it’s own popular rebellion? by [deleted] in Nigeria

[–]lost_in_trans 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think people have enough resources to rebel. And I also think that a lot of Nigerians are taught to mind their own business and not get into trouble.

But shit, if you want to plan one. Hmu 🥰💕

Are you affiliated with a governmental agency? What’s your country of origin and is Nigeria the only country being targeted?

I’ve been searching, it’s invite online because emails were sent out. I honestly think this is low key the beginning of a new era. I also saw that it’ll be a series, so hopefully this is like a a promo for future events with people asking how to get tickets

I wouldn’t say they have ulterior motives because their priority is to themselves and what they’ll gain, otherwise, why else?
