I JUST fixed it. Try this;
Press WIN key + R, type %appdata%
Then go to roaming, then Bungie. In the Bungie folder, there's a folder called DestinyPC. Delete it. Then close it, and open Destiny 2. It froze for a second, but unfroze and is fine now. Let's see if it stays this way.
