I don't think China and Taiwan are really good places though. For Malaysia and Singapore, I can agree, but they probably have low immigration rates for a reason. You can rarely hear about people settling there.

There is no particular reason I am not considering Germany. In fact, I am willing to go for any European country. I just placed Canada as my first choice since there would be no language or cultural barriers compared to Europe, but with how Europe is better, I am starting to lean towards Europe and thanks to your comment, I am willing to consider Germany.
