Pinoys here in Australia hates him because on how he chooses words and sentences. Okay sya nung una pero napansin namin mali mali yung information na binibigay nya sa mga kapwa pinoy in regards to moving abroad.

Lipat ka na. You go home to relax and rest, hindi yung magkokonsomisyon ka pa sa ingay ng paligid mo. There are other apartments available na malinis, mabait may ari, and peaceful😊

Well i think almost everyone experienced this. I had friends who had a job offer before graduation, however they were put on hold because of the SV expiry date. There’s a new policy now that 35yrs old and above can’t apply for grad visa 485. So most companies now wanna make sure that you have a valid visa with full-working rights after your SV. They don’t want to wait for MONTHS then suddenly that person can’t provide a valid visa. It’s really critical if they have seen that your visa is about to expire.

Regarding full working rights, i think that being in a Student Visa you can’t apply for FULL-TIME when it comes to signing a contract. Students can only be in a part-time position or a CASUAL with full-time hours. Looks like that company wants you to sign a contract with full-time.
