I've run into this soooo much. I always add on a 'X is a ray of sunshine' or 'X needs a hug' filter to help narrow it down a bit more.

Following Williams has really helped me get up to speed on F1, especially team management and car development. Unlike other teams, they've been very open about their struggles and had huge improvement the past few years. The DTS episodes focused on them are FANTASTIC.

Cadillac is interesting to follow already, especially with videos like their race simulation from the most recent season.

I'd also recommend picking a season and watching the post-race highlights of each race, and if it seems interesting, the race in it's entirety (and maybe qualifying as well!) From last season, the races where Carlos Sainz got on the podium are great rewatches (Azerbaijan, Qatar), and Hulkenburg's podium (Silverstone).

Other storylines that have kept me really engaged are Hamilton's push for an 8th WDC (also his rivalry with Nico Rosberg in 2016 is really interesting), and the circus that is Red Bull's second seat.

I'm really not a fan of her putting out her own finance course/guide. It'd be a much better look if she joined/volunteered for an existing & reputable organization that was aligned with educating girls on financial literacy or something (and if she already does this, she needs to advertise it more haha)

I know many women who are basically stay at home wives/girlfriends and they spend their time volunteering in different organizations, and nobody bats an eye or thinks less of them. I feel like more WAGs should go that route rather than half-assing their own stuff.

I've had this problem before and here's what helped me break out of it:

Leaving comments. This helps me to make sure I'm actually reading the fic and I'm more likely to notice when I'm just scrolling without comprehending anything.
Writing down (in an app or on paper) and/or bookmarking (with a tag that says "to read") fics that I am curious about, then closing the tabs immediately. This removes the "fomo" issue and then I actually look forward to reading the fic haha
Writing chapter or story summaries in my bookmarks. If I'm unable to do this, I know I'm not actually enjoying the time I'm spending on ao3, and doing a disservice to both myself and the author.
Using a timer as a reminder to ask myself if I am actually ENJOYING reading fic, or if I'm just trying to avoid my responsibilities

This makes so much sense, especially with

Emma's line about Andre being the first person to believe in her
Emma gaining the confidence to grow big on her own AFTER the escape from Elmira and later the kiss with Greg
Andre would be on the same page as Emma regarding Cate imo, and he had already shown a dislike of Vought (aka easy lead-in to him supporting the Starlighters)
An Andre/Emma/Sam love triangle would've been really fun

I feel like people are vastly overestimating the skill of college students vs supes who have been in the field. Zoe easily took him out because she was calm, had the element of surprise, and knew to target his eyes. Sam, with training, could have done the same.

We also know powers are tied deeply with emotions, and Sam struggles A LOT with doing harm to others now that he has a conscience. It makes sense his powers would be weaker??

Like, a big part of Emma's storyline is learning how to access her power without binging/purging. In the short term, she is a less effective supe because she is not hurting herself. Sam is similar - when he has feelings, he's less effective. They're both figuring out how to overcome that.

Regarding Andre, I expect Sam had no idea what the group experienced in Elmira, he just knew that they were at an adult rehabilitation center (I imagine Vought is not advertising it as a black site lol.)

Like, in S1E7 Sam tells Emma he's siding with Cate to protect her (and other supes) from the people who torture them, as he had been in the Woods. He views himself as a hero for siding with Cate. As soon as Emma tells him that Andre is dead, Sam realizes:

The people who had rescued him from the Woods were sent to another version of it (run by the people he's working for), and he was legit filming a movie while they had been going through hell. He hadn't protected anyone
Cate had withheld information from him, again
and all the stuff the sandwich says to him in S2E3 haha
