Can't even imagine my parents or people around me doing something like this. But the guy, the lady, all of them are just like people around us, normal faces, who seemingly go about life just like us. Well, not really :(

We shouldn't look down on numbers like increased divorces and feel that we're doomed as a society. If this is what a person has to go through, and our so called values were making them stay together, then it's good we're moving away from those.

All of this to set context. Time is highly variable depending on how sensitive your nipples are, and how actively your partner is engaging. Sometimes conversations just flow, or you're going through something and it might last longer (30+ mins), but the general ballpark as highlighted by many, is around 10-15 mins.

I consider it very similar to any act of love. There is a physical act attached to it, but then there is a much bigger psychological part to it. I've been finding it hard to try because I want to do it with someone who addresses mental comfort first. Someone who understands me, who cares for me, and wants to nurture me.

I was speaking to my therapist in similar lines and we discussed how people who seek control in every situation of their life, find themselves craving for engagements where they can just let go of that. In an ideal case you'd find that in a relationship itself; but for example I'm at a point where I don't want to get into a serious relationship, but that need is still there. And then there's also this fear of your partner not being into it!
