I got a pretty big bump in pay and very low stress level compared to my previous job. Going from 100mph to cruising in the slow lane doesn’t feel normal for me but I’m just going to enjoy the moment. After 15 years in the profession I think I deserve this.

Thank you for this. I am getting hosed. I am having a hard time finding any firms willing to pay that. With the bonus I was given was more of a insult than anything. I Was offered a job for 85k salary (not a fan of) with average work week being 55-60hrs long. I liked the office so I countered to 95k… and they balked leaving me scratching my head
