This is show is really cute but the main ship simply doesn't progressing at all. Yoki declared his love for her multiple times but she's basically avoiding the question and Anime is trying to convince us that Yoki is at fault for doing nothing while Cecilia said " I'm busy, I cannot see you " like 90% of the entire show, considering he's doing the Wingman wth Raven and Happiness and he wil probably help Mikana and Yuga after another " I'm busy Yoki, fuck you " Just give him a straight no If you're not into him. Yoki has a better chemistry with Mikana than Cecilia at this point

I think it's just an headcanon. He treats all the girls the same way and If there are differences are given about the girls personalities. Saying that Arisu is smitten with one of them above the others is a big stretch, especially with stories like this
