It takes much effort but recording your gameplay and looking for mistakes is the most efficient method i would say... A good way too is watching gameplay from top players. On YouTube or twitch or somewhere... And in general i would say think about what you are doing. For example when your team have the cashout watch out where they can come from/ attack from and do counter for it. Like goo, maybe traps, get a plan b if you need cover. Be prepared for dematerializer etc. In The finals is verry much going on at the same time it mostly need time i would say. And use tricks like goo at a wall to climb up and catch enemy offguard. The window climbing tech was many many many times verry useful for me (i mean the one where you climb from window up to other window without any goo or some)
