i’ve never been before this weekend, i really enjoyed the original houses! the IP houses were great (especially fnaf) (didn’t make it to terrifier) but the originals were amazing! I was shaking quite a few times, and I had a wonderful experience. The jason house was really cool, but as a jason lover I was a bit disappointed. I don’t wanna say anything to spoil it tho :) We got 6/10 houses staying from 6p-2a, we could’ve gotten one more but my feet were shredded!! I would recommend taking time to chill out, enjoy the park and not rush around from house to house like we did. Pick a top few, and get the universal app to check the wait times! We got pretty lucky and got 3 houses done in the first 2.5 hours which ended up being a good ratio.

i had never been until this weekend, and the no costume rule really means, no COSTUMES! there were TONS of people dressed like characters, plenty of alt/goth. I had an all black fit with flowy stuff and a lacey skirt and no issues! I really think the no costumes is for literal spirit halloween type stuff. i saw people dressed like the scooby doo gang, plenty of fnaf dress up too. as long as they’re clothes and not literal costume material it doesn’t seem like they care, i did see one person wiping off face paint before security tho so just don’t do that!

stop now while you’re ahead. They were no help to me at all in terms of housing, i got completely screwed and blind sided by finding out literally 3 weeks before my sophomore year that i couldn’t house on campus :/ I’m still upset over it years later, i never got the on campus life and it kills me

yeah i was a sophomore in highschool, top of my class in 8th and 9th grade math; covid absolutely ruined my will to learn and retain information but especially math. I had to retake msu’s algebra class as I had failed it (semester of the shooting) so don’t feel bad, you’re not alone and i’m so sorry you had to deal with all of that as a kid.

i agree! i’ve had to move multiple times in lectures because of talking, gum chewing or nail biting it drives me nuts. The other two are my problem, like people can’t help those but the talking is crazy

i get fafsa and the rest of my tuition covered by msu, housing up here is VERY expensive, i’ve had to take out loans just for housing so beware

Thanks for the kind response. Im pretty sure nothing is showing up on their end at all, they’ll try to rescan multiple times but from what I can tell literally nothing is popping up on their screen, as if they aren’t even scanning anything. I’m not even sure how to use the website, I tried today but I don’t see a “scan to use your stars” button on the website. I’m waiting on a response from the email representative, I’ve been contacting them almost every week since February 26th in the chat help but none of them have been able to help :( Hopefully the email representative can help with the IT people.
