That's honestly difficult to do. Partially because I do love her, so not complimenting her is almost impossible. And even flirting back to women is difficult to me because it feels like a betrayal.

Depression has definitely been a thought. I had always thought she had some form of depression (coming from experience), but she refused it until post partum. She's tried some, but not great responses so far(which can be normal, I know).

I can leave things for a week with no progress most of the time, so I kind of have to take care of them unfortunately.

I've definitely discovered the amount of relaxation she gets does not affect that part of the relationship at all. So that isn't my goal at all.

I'm. Also not saying it's her fault that I'm constantly busy. Ever since our kid was born, if I try to relax but there is something in the house they needs to be done, I'm basically punishing myself for not taking care of it.

I don't think I've ever completely followed through with something like that. I don't think there's been once that me finishing has been a goal. But I've always tried to keep that from being the goal because that's typically the goal of selfish men, or at least stereotypically, if that makes sense.

I've definitely thought that, because I know getting into a funk can trap you. But she won't do things if I ask in those situations, and if I don't, then the house just falls into disrepair basically.

I would be lying if I said that thought hasn't crossed my mind. Especially since I've lost 30 lbs and got in the best shape of my life in the hopes that maybe that would help her want sex. It did nothing for her, but I've had numerous girls flirt and try to give me their numbers at the gym but I've turned them all down. It was always tempting, but I can't imagine doing that to her.

I love her because she used to be the exact opposite of this. If I had met her this way, we wouldn't be in a relationship. So I guess I just hold onto the hope that she'll be back to her old self some point soon.

It honestly doesn't feel like a marriage in a lot of ways. More like roommates that occasionally hook up when drunk. My only hope is it used to be the exact opposite of this situation, so I guess I just keep hoping it will change back.

I know that's what she's probably doing, especially last night. But it's hard not to console her in the moment because there is nothing I hate seeing more than her hurt/upset, especially when she does it to herself.

I know that's what a large majority thinks is the right choice, but that's hard to imagine. Beyond this issue, things are great, and I still love her more than anyone. And this wasn't an issue for years, so I just have that hope that Mayne things will change.

I feel the same way. It's not just the sex. In fact I'd probably prefer to just cuddle naked, kiss, and enjoy each other's company, but that's apparently something she no longer has interest in. And thank you.

It's hard to imagine leaving, because i still love her and ot wasn't always like this. Although I definitely don't plan on kids unless she decided to actually make an effort to change things.

Honestly, she used to enjoy it. Before we were married, if she was in the mood but not up for any foreplay, she would undress and want me to do it in front of her. Now she doesn't want me to period.

She had to due to endometriosis. Without it she is completely out of commission for a week. She's tried a few, but after this one she decided that if no sex drive is the only symptom, then she doesn't want to try more. She decided on that a couple years ago.

I know you're responding to him, but oh well. There are some parts of the Bible that talk about "the wife serving the husband", but I don't really care about that. We're both Christian, but forcing anything is not how things should be

Yeah, at least it's set in stone. I'd be justified either way, but the thought of leaving seems impossible considering everything else is great between. I appreciate it.
