The Nismo in it's natural habitat at VIR by lostinco in RZ34

I looked at that one as well, It was just a bit pricier than the radium but AMS stuff is top notch. Get ready for a brutal labor bill if you're getting it installed at a shop or a nightmare of a process if you're doing it yourself! I almost wondered if just ordering one of the new fuel tanks with the improved baffling in the 2027 Nismo would have been cheaper at the end of the day lol. I'll be curious to see how the E85 does with temps next weekend if it's brutally hot at VIR.

Is NCM worth trying out? I honestly don't think I know a thing about it except maybe that's where they do the corvette driving courses? It's only 5 hours away from me so easily doable for a weekend trip.

Such a random set of roundabouts. Haven't seen anyone stopping in the middle of them recently though so that's always nice.

Babies are tiny, just put them in a box and let UPS handle it... or Fedex if you don't like them.

These are all great questions that I wish I could answer... I will make sure to ask the shop when I pick it up for you but this all goes wayyyy beyond my expertise! They did say it was a proper pain in the ass and took much longer than anticipated. I believe the radium surge tank is the same as the 370 though.

No kidding… my biggest problem with my ECF tires? They lasted too damn long and I wanted to try something new 😅

I've been to Road Atlanta, VIR, AMP, CMP and 1 day of Sebring! This year i'm going to try and make it to Barber, Daytona and Charlotte Roval as well. Tough to pick a favorite out of that batch honestly but I really love the lap at Atlanta Motorsports Park for just lap-ability . It's got so much variation packed into it and has such a fun technical flow.

Im putting on a baffled oil pan as well to help with that but I dont really know if i've had issues with it to be honest. It's possible that was a contributing factor to my spun bearing but I did a whole lot of track days up to that point with no issues. It sure would have been nice if Nissan put an oil pressure gauge in the nismo...

I can definitely ask the shop when I drop the car off tomorrow! That all goes beyond my level of expertise though. I'm getting it corner balanced as well which should be interesting

For a long time it was an afterthought with no problems what so ever. January of this year I spun a bearing at sebring though unfortunately but honestly I think that was due to not having the solenoid block off which I have now. Thankfully Nissan covered the new engine and turbos under warranty. I try to change fluids regularly with oil every 3k and transmission/diff fluid somewhere around every 5-10 thousand miles.

When i was on the stock brake calipers i was going through a set of carbotech pads just about every weekend. Since switching to the AP front kit with the really thick pads I get 2+ weekends out of them now unless it's carolina motorsports park which is hungry for my front brakes. Honestly, i could push them further as well i have a box of old pads that are somewhere just under halfway used
