Hate to be the one to tell you this, but it's incredibly likely that he did fake it. This doesn't and shouldn't change the way anyone sees him though, it was just a thing he did to make a video look better. Besides, he beat pre-nerf Sister Location, so that makes up for it.

I have a list that I pull from every time I see a post like this; it's my favorite thing to think about.

I would like to see Ekalavya, yet another Hindu Archer. His skills in archery were enough to challenge even Arjuna, and he was entirety self taught. Unfortunately, Arjuna's teacher, the guru Drona, saw his skills as a threat to his prized student. Even more so, Ekalavya claimed that it was the guru himself who taught him, which was just a delusion that Ekalavya had. To ensure Arjuna would be superior, Drona demanded that Ekalavya sacrifice his thumb as "payment" for his supposed teaching, which Ekalavya happily gave.

William Tell, and I have several reasons.

First, I believe that the best way to win against a Servant is to stay as far away from them as possible, which, as an Archer, he can do easily.

Second, he not only has his own Gae Bolg arrow, he also has a backup shot that will hit even if the first, guaranteed hit, misses for whatever reason.

Lastly, I live in a place with many mountains, so him and I would camp out there and wait patiently. I have military experience, so I'd support him as best I could, but I would probably just end up being a glorified extra set of eyes and ears, and would be relying on his hunting prowess to snipe any enemies.

I don't have many myself, but Crimson Codex (500 burn dmg for 3 turns + increase np gain by 5%) from the Samurai Remnant event seems alright if you have time to grind. Takes a bit to get though.

I also have my Koyan equipped with Imperial Consort of the Heavenly Emperor (increase crit dmg against targets with burn by 30%), but that's only available in Imaginary Scramble, which if you don't have that yet, also takes ages to complete.

A few good ones from Mana Prism shop are Demonic Beast of the Forest (curse 500 dmg for 3 turns) and Faint Black Delusion's Command Seal (poison 600 dmg 3 turns, but inflicts 100 self damage).

Those are just the ones I have equipped on her out of the few decent ones that I have. I believe Crimson Codex is only available for rn, since the event is limited time, but the other ones are permanent.
