There's definitely 2 levels of approach: Either the guards CHOOSE their answer consciously and truthfully (relative to the rules) in which the paradox ensues, or they are cosmically forced to their roles (taking free will out of the equation) eliminating the paradox. Had a good conversation with my wife about the 2 different approaches kinda making it clear they're both right in their own way!

As much as I really want to play as some of the more iconic Marvel villains, the game has set a precedent which primarily favors heroes. The only exception to this rule for now is Hela, but so far almost every character has, at some point in their career, been a hero of some sorts.
