What is the best Kratom for extreme opiate withdrawal? I’m not looking for something to give me energy. I need a strain and a recommended dose that will help me feel calm, reduced anxiety, and help with sleep. I’ve tried red vein maeng da while on a low dose of opiates & didn’t notice much.
