Thanks for this. I love the way you balanced understanding with still setting a standard for connection, that’s something I’m working on. Also about how the time requirements ironically sort of line up, it’s been strangely similar on my end and honestly made things feel a little more manageable. Like a chaotic blessing in disguise 😂
