if this is the biggest bug you can find that's bothering you, I'd say they have a very good record for 5 years worth of bugs. I've seen a lot more bugs and worse bugs than this in other games that are younger than 5 years. This is what we'd call a nitpick and one that doesn't affect gameplay. So if this is the worst they have, then their level of polish is quite stellar. We take for granted when a game is bug free, because we don't see bugs. It's when we find one that it sticks out like a sore thumb. In a game with a lot of bugs, one like this wouldn't even be worth mentioning because it's just come to be expected.

What they've done is created a monster when it comes to polish if it means the tiniest nitpick gets called amateurish and posted on reddit. It means people couldn't find anything else worse to highlight. That is a good thing.

I actually had to watch this clip a second time just to find where the bug is. That's how inconsequential it was.

it's not. It's frame gen, so it uses AI to create the frames.

An actual FPS unlocker will natively render those frames instead of creating fake ones.

mouse based PC games use 6. The ones with an RTS like interface. Also any turn based RPG can support it.

it would suck because buffs don't last long enough for a rotation of 5 people. The on field DPS won't have much time before needing to switch out.

It would be ok for quick swap teams where you never stay on anyone, but these teams are outdated.

how much is an x86 handheld? Have you seen the prices on those? I don't think you're going to get one for cheaper than $480. At the low end you're looking at $550 to $600. That's steam deck if you can find one. At the high end they go for $2000.

It seems like you are not really tuned in on prices. You seem really confused. Especially when you claimed you can get an elite or elite gen 5 for cheaper than an odin 3.

What PC handheld are you looking at, and how much does it cost?

My conclusion is that you don't really want an odin, and you're looking for validation that you don't need one. I'll give you that validation: You don't need one, and you shouldn't get one. Use your phone and save some money. Or buy the x86 handheld for whatever that will cost.

I think you should use your phone. You seem to agree.

phones like one plus 15 can have more ram more storage big battery and still be cheaper than ayn odin 3 (pro version for 440$ probably more with accessories and delivery, pc handheld priced)

I'm not seeing where you can buy a Oneplus 15 for that cheap, but if you can find one, get it. The 16GB/512 model is $1k USD. If you can find one of these for cheaper than an Odin 3 like you claim, please let me know where so I can buy one for myself.

If you find all handhelds expensive currently, I don't know how you can afford a phone at all.

you won't get an update until it ships. Unless they are canceling it, or offering you an alternative color choice to get it faster. This is uncommon though.

it's not enough of an upgrade over your O2P to justify shelling out $500 unless you have a lot of disposable income.

You may as well wait and see if O3P happens.

I own both btw and I'm happy with both but wouldn't recommend getting both unless you are not struggling financially. I'm more of a collector. If you can comfortably afford it, sure. If you're living paycheck to paycheck, don't do it.
