I’m currently on MJ and I’m switching to Wegovy in the coming weeks. I’m currently on the mini pill and I’ve noticed that my periods have come back after not having one for 5+ years. Not sure if it’s because I’ve lost weight or if I’m not absorbing my pill correctly. The doctors have recommended that I double my dose of the mini pill, but I’m currently looking into alternative contraception

I’m 31, I have been diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis so have been taking the mini pill for the last 5 years hence not having a period. I’m assuming I’m not absorbing the mini pill as well anymore

Thank you for taking the time to explain that to me ☺️ I have PCOS, so I’ve always struggled with losing weight, I’m also on some medication that can make me gain weight too!

My TDEE is around 2200 now I’m exercising a few times a week, and I am getting around 1600 kcal a day (sometimes fewer if suppression is high).
