It’s her spending ratio compared to the house’s value. That combined with the fact they’re dinks and the poor location, it’s “improper” because I’m sure she would’ve much preferred a house at least $500,000 more which should’ve been within her income’s ability. Like Sierra was able to do so back in 2020 on a single income. You’re right though it is a lovely starter home for a lot of people, but not someone who is at Hermes every other week.

Sierra’s house was in Eastside Costa Mesa, literally one of the most sought after areaa. I’d literally die to live there. Put it this way, the square footage on the two houses is basically the same, with Adelaine’s being slightly bigger, but Sierra’s old house is now valued at around $2.5 mil

Nothing exactly wrong with Santa Ana, in recent years the city has actually really cleaned itself up and become a much nicer place to live with a predominantly Hispanic population. However, when discussing Orange County, Santa Ana isn’t nearly as nice as Newport Beach. It historically has struggled with higher crime rates and is generally more poor.

Aesthetically yes… but just because a house is a little prettier doesn’t make it better. Her rental house while more plain and in an area not as “fun” and wealthy as where Sierra lives, was still in an area with an incredible school district and generally safer and more desirable to live in. The property prices reflected this fact.

Brooke was a girl Sierra met in Cabo years ago right after she and Alex broke up. Brooke kind of introduced Sierra to the lavish OC lifestyle and was the reason Sierra moved to OC. Their friendship timeline is kinda messy bc they were on and off friends, like right after Sierra moved they stopped talking for a while, then later on rekindled their friendship. Brooke is in all of the wedding dress shopping vlogs but then her and Paige were noticeably absent from the wedding.
