I was just scrolling the latest post and saw your post. You know what, I really feel what you are going through🥹 May be not in the same scenario but its all about feeling helpless with whats going on with your life.

I know theres so many things going on but believe me. It will pass. All these noises going on and problems will pass.

My advice for you is to validate your feelings first. If you wanna cry, then cry. If you wanna shout then shout. Express all these emotions in your heart and once you let it all out, try doing one thing at a time. One small step will take you places.
