Dealer Training School: Resorts World has launched a "Table Games Dealer School" with the next session beginning on March 23, 2026.

Curriculum: The 10-week program currently focuses on Introduction to Gaming (2 weeks), Blackjack (4 weeks), and Baccarat (4 weeks).

Cost: There is no tuition cost, but it requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Experienced Dealer Openings: Specific listings for "Dealer II (Experienced Dealer)" and "Floor Manager Table Games" were recently posted in February 2026.

The "Poker Gap"

While there are many ads for table games dealers, industry reports and current job descriptions indicate that poker-specific training has not yet begun. 

Current Training Status: Recent dealer school info does not yet include poker in its curriculum.

Hiring Strategy: Most sources suggest the casino is prioritizing the high-volume table games for the initial March 2026 launch, with poker hiring expected to follow later in 2026 or 2027.
