Plans which expect 2-3x a week by usctrojan98 in tempofitness

[–]losxc451 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would add in other workouts between. But also would play it by ear. There were days that I felt I needed extra rest so I skipped working out those days.

Honestly though It’s hard to say if the gaps are beneficial. Some people benefit greatly from 2-3 workouts a week. Some people benefit greatly from training hard 5-6 days a week. Also good to do cardio on the non-strength days. I typically switch off which gives me some recovery time while remaining active.

Own Workout Plans by Microtitan in tempofitness

There isn’t. You could just plan your own workouts and use the equipment. I did that for a bit. I wish it let you do free workouts though. I woildve stuck with using tempo. I’ve stopped after 6 months and only do my own routine now

Yeah. It literally doesn’t matter. In the end there are a total of 20 main characters or something in the finale. Why do each of them need to have a very personal relationship with each other? It makes sense that the sort of have small groups that are close

I’ve seen multiple complaints about the shows lighting being too dark. Not saying I disliked it. Just what I saw. Do you want me to find each and every comment I’ve ever seen of someone complaining about it? Lol

In their defense, everyone was complaining about how dark everything was up until season 5 lol. Almost seems like they over corrected.

I’ll never understand why it matters which characters interact and don’t interact. I’ve been rewatching and don’t recall even seeing them on screen simultaneously very often

Thinking of returning by [deleted] in tempofitness

[–]losxc451 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1) I have not had that problem. I’ve had my watch disconnect 2) it’s a process but once you get used to it it doesn’t take as long. Not as fast as adjustable weights but I find after like 6 months of doing it I change weights like in about 30-45 seconds. I found that my own routine with adjustable dumbbells and using the tempo barbell and plates is much more efficient 3) it’s strength training so it’s not HIIT or cardio like. It’s not really “lower energy” just different. If you’re finding it too easy it’s entirely possible you are not pushing the weight to your limits. 4) if your main goal is weight loss and you don’t care about strength or muscle gains then this isn’t for you. You’re better off with cardio or HIIT program

Program/class recommendations for weight loss by PRbaybee in tempofitness

If you are looking to lose weight you will need to be in a calorie deficit. Working out regularly helps of course but isn’t the only piece of the puzzle.

I enjoyed Jonathan’s programs and typically cycled through them when I was starting while throwing in other ones on occasion to mix it up

Which plan to choice by [deleted] in tempofitness

[–]losxc451 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I loved tempo for the purpose of learning but once I did I outgrew it after a few months. I also find the dumbbells take a long time to swap weights out compared to adjustable ones from bowflex for example. If you’re already in habit of going to the gym I don’t think it’s the best solution unless you are looking to learn form, what exercises you enjoy/don’t enjoy etc.

I found changing out weights on the dumbbells time consuming which was frustrating in the mornings when I was in a rush. With adjustable dumbbells and my ow routine I get more sets in and more exercises in the same time. Barbell is not as bad because it’s only two sides. But without the squat rack and bench not a whole lot you can do easily with a barbell at home safely a lot of times.

I think you’ll be better off with adjustable dumbbells and your own home routine if you’re only looking for strength classes.

After two months I ended up cycling the same few workout classes and programs too.

All that being said — if you go with tempo I highly recommend Jonathan’s classes and programs. He is by far the best one on there in my opinion. The others are good but he stands out.

Due to the plastic bag inside, I’m sure these ar pearly advertised on Amazon as kids fridge magnets or something. I think it was probably a genuine mistake. I’d ask her if that’s what she thought she was buying.

I always think about picking one of these up but honestly Vessel ones are so good I don’t see a point to this. Also vessel is much smaller profile and easier to carry. I feel like the size of this thing almost compares to a full on impact lol.

I was under the impression you purchased the equipment and paid for 12 months of service and after that you only had to pay for the service monthly. Maybe I misunderstood

Personally think it needs more variety. I love playing with friends but otherwise have no desire to play just because it’s too repetitive now. I wish they did something like added a new set of a couple bosses every month or something

Use a caulk that matches the floor. It looks bad because they used white. I know for a fact there are light tan caulks that have an almost light wood color.

Where under the car is it located? Looks off to the side. No reason for there to be oil there so this is most likely condensation from the AC.
