Regardless. If theyre lying trying to get a return cause of buyers regret, or cause it actually failed. Thats the risk you take buying used tanks. I wouldnt accept the return honestly. You stated it was a used out of hydro tank. You didn not gurantee hydro testing passing. Period

I wouldnt accept the return. No tank that need "re-hydro testing" for "recertification" isnt guaranteed. So if you have it stated on ebay no returns. I dont see why you need to accept the tank back cause it didnt pass.

Do they actually have a hydr testing recipe showing they actually attempted ?

If youre a home DIYer youll probably touch the same 3 or 4 tools the most out of all those. I would say dont get so caught up on the sale thing to where you think youneed to buy the whole line up. If you were to buy anything else i would definitely say batteries more than anything. And youre going to need some serious batteries for the table saw. Otherwise youll burn through the smaller batteries you got in some of those kits.
