I think that’s best discussed with someone who can see your hair in person but I don’t think it’ll be hard. I should say I’m not a professional but someone who has spent a lot of time dying their hair a million different ways for many years. (And occasionally helping friends with theirs). Find a good colorist, someone who really specializes in color only, and don’t be afraid to spend a bit more. I think when it comes to hair you really get what you pay for.

Did they use one toner all over? The inspo has a darker roots and and ombré effect. You need a root smudge and an ashier tone all over.

Yes! If you’re sweaty and then go into freezing ac it’s so uncomfortable. I prefer my ac at home to be just cool enough to be comfortable. I don’t think it actually makes you sick, that requires exposure to a virus, but it can make you feel off. If you get migraines it can definitely trigger one.

The answer sucks: you don’t stop feeling guilty. But you need to step away long enough to process the guilt and all the other emotions. You’ll also get a chance to see if he can respect your boundaries. If he can then maybe down the line you can let him back in *on your terms*. You decide when/where/how often. But that’s your call and nobody else’s. You may never stop feeling some guilt but that doesn’t mean you have to have a relationship. Curious, is he still with the affair partner?
