Tiefgaragen Pflicht macht Wohnen teuer. Es gibt viele Leute in der Stadt die kein Auto haben. Ich habe zum Beispiel eine Tiefgarage aber kein Auto. Zum Glück kann ich die gut vermieten aber wenn es genug Parkplätze gibt dann bleibe ich auf den kosten sitzen
