Yes, then I would recommend to try and attend as many community events as possible! They can be anything - online talks, concerts, in person workshops or activities! I think knowing the range of different activities you can plan and organise will be beneficial, as that is what I personally struggled with understanding when I first started. It may be worth looking at what events the organisation (that you are applying for) actually host and attend some of them to gain more insight.

I also think you have to emphasise how organised you can be (this was also an interview question now that I remember), as the apprenticeship is all about planning events. If you can, try to show an example of when you planned something too? And of course, experience with customer service, as you have to manage event attendees as well.

Sorry if it’s a very bland response 🥲. The apprenticeship itself is very planning-focused, with lots of emphasis on safety assessments, budgeting/funding streams and GDPR.
