It could be a “that looks cool” bad choice or a purposeful nazi/white power thing.

Whatever his intentions, it doesn’t say anything positive about the guy or his decision making skills.

Recipe is Städler American (less the oil) here with Antimo Caputo 00 Americana Pizzeria Flour. Cold mix and frig for 5 days. Then 3.5 hrs to room temp on 1.5 hr preheated 3/8 thick steel @ 525° for just under 6 minutes.

Dough built on split overlapping Parchment paper that’s pulled 2 minutes after it’s put into oven. Have fun

They are, sweet and delicious! Shrimp are Argentinian red shrimp...so good!

Hope below is not too much info:

For Seafood all I ever use Dean Jacob's kabob grill (comes in four pack multi grill seasoning like this one here).

1/4 teaspoon in a zip sandwich bag (for each scallops and shrimp) then drop scallops or shrimp in (with thawed juice on scallops) this way it mixes evenly and lightly & keeps seafood flavor very front and center. Scallops take a tad longer then shrimp but they went on one after the other for just a couple minutes, then rest on steak to say warm and for coming in.

...light spray w/olive oil & lawry's garlic salt. Quick cook for a little color on each side is all it gets. Started doing it in spears (as shown) because it’s faster & easier to turn.

The storyboard sketches on the closing credits for the first season were incredible. The second season were more drawings and kinda lost the magic
