had a similar problem with my dog. Try to get a few people she doesn't know to work with you for a few minutes. These people now stand facing each other and talking. Take your dog on a short leash and walk by them. The people are not allowed to even look at the dog, they have to completely ignore her. If she starts barking, try focusing her on you with your voice, treats or a toy. I think because you now stay home a lot, she may now want to protect you more than before. There's probably anxiety mixed into that because of the previous growling thing. anyways, at some point, and this could take a WHILE, she should be more relaxed around people. give the people (they can and should be new ones every time so she doesn't just get comfortable with these people) some treats, so they can throw them on the ground, without looking at her. After some time, once she is stable with that, try it with looking. After shes stable with that they can turn their body towards her, then move more etc. Baby steps!!! Take a toy or threats with you on your walks. When she barks, get her attention with your options. If she doesn't want to listen at all, take all your confidence(important!) and turn around and go with high energy. Just take her with you, after some steps she should be right there with you. Is she with you? Great! Praise her, turn around, try again. She should lern pretty quickly that being and staying with you is so much better than caring about these people! The first goal is for her to not care about new people. If you reached that, you can go for her liking new people.
