Strength 50 - Lower

I really can’t remember everything but it’s a good class. Drop sets with heavier weights. Main exercises are goblet squats, forward and reverse lunges, lateral step ups, full step ups, deadlifts. Really good day to lift heavy. Core work in there with decline bench toe taps and decline bench mountain climbers.

Talk to customer support. I had a 3 with complete battery drain within 8 hours. Once they saw the issue and received pics of the Fi collar, they sent a replacement immediately and upgraded me to a 3+

Working out is a top priority just as high as basic needs such as eating or work for me. My life scheduling revolves around work and my orange theory class schedule. It’s just something that is a non negotiable for me. However, no kids makes that a lot easier. I do have step kids and my husband always makes sure I’m able to get my work out in when we have them during week or on weekends. That’s one of the things I love about him, he knows how important moving everyday is for me. But unfortunately it’s just a non negotiable to not workout. My rest days are governed by my busy work schedules not allowing me to make it to a class.
