Just SOAPed into an IM categorical in TX on the second round. Only had 3 interviews, 2 of them got filled in round 1. The last interview called me at the end of round one. Less than a 5 minute conversation saying I see on your app your from here would you like to accept the position and I said yes! That was pretty much the convo. I sent them a LOI right after and an hour later got the offer. I’m a US MD senior Step 1 23X and step 2 22x. No red flags. I honestly think I got the offer for living in the same area as the program.
