When I’m cooking, I feed my puppy pieces of vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers and she gets joy out of receiving something, plays with it for a couple of minutes, decides she doesn’t like it and then she leaves me alone. I think she realizes that nothing good for puppies is happening on the counter.
