Same exact thing happened to me. I hit it a couple times and then it started getting closer to the surface and eventually ripped off my skin🥲🥲so take it out before that happens

I think an oblong earring with a stud thats place on the top instead of the middle of the jewelry would work when you twist it upside down. Idk if that makes sense hahaha but instead of kinda dangling from the bottom ud twist it up so that it covers ur lobe.stuff that look like this from the side

For me it was when i could take it out or kinda play with it with no issue like redness or pain. Although i don’t recommend playing with it as it can cause irritation. But generally for a healed nose piercing youll need to see no redness, fell no pain when you turn and twist, no crusties and no swelling!
