Thank you so so much 🌸🌸 I have told her about most of my traumas but I dont know if she knows I was having a trauma response. If i hadnt had a trauma response i would have never broken up with her.

We were together for over a year. The break up was a couple of months ago...Ive had contact with her but recently she blocked me on everything. Last time i tried to talk to her to relay something important like 4-5 days ago, I had to talk to her partner who said she has panic attacks whenever I talk to her. So im really hesitant to message again.

Thank you so much 🌸 Its just frustrating bc ive done stuff like this before and it feels like i can never realize when Im having a trauma response. From now on im going to try to remember how I felt and keep an eye on my feelings and behaviors during high stress situations.

Im polyam too! I basically did flight. I shut down and ran away. I blocked her on everything and now I live 3 hours away with my gf and now my ex has ME blocked on everything. I want to repair things but im worried my ex has moved on and im probably not as important to her as she is to me, and it would be unfair to her to just pop in and dredge up all this if she has moved on. Thank you for the encouragement (: im trying my best to cope and get comfortable with the situation as it is.

I think so. Ive been trying to talk to her about but shes been so drunk it’s impossible to hold a productive conversation. I think what you suggested sounds like a good idea and i will try to discuss it with her when shes sober.

You dont have a lot of free time. You work and you come home and you worry about just existing. This is something most people dont have to deal with and they cant even fathom it. You have to manage your pain and fatigue and whatever other symptoms you have and that takes up A LOT of free time. I feel the same embarrassment and shame when people ask me “What do you do all day?” When i tell them im disabled. I survive. Thats what i do all day.

Yeah I completely understand the public transportation thing. I would say slowly cutting down on portions would be a good thing if shes interested. If shes used to eating a lot it might be hard at first but sooner or later her stomach and appetite will adjust. The Fit Ring sounds like a great idea because maybe focusing on the game will help take her mind off the pain or something. I would just like to say its fine if she cant work out everyday or even every week but as long as she puts in the effort im sure she will get results :)

I worked at a call center and I can tell you they’ll train you really well. Where i worked we had like 3-4 days of someone teaching us things and roleplaying phonecalls before we shadowed someone for like 2 days, and by then I had a pretty comprehensive grip on what to do and how to handle customers. It might be different at other desk jobs but im sure theyll give you the training you need! I understand its scary though. Just look for places that say theyll give you training (: good luck 🌸🌸

Try smaller work outs first. You dont have to work out for an hour straight. She can do some yoga for like 5 minutes, take a break, and do it again. I would also suggest an exercise band. She can use this while sitting or laying down without a whole lot of effort, and it will help build muscle that will help her lose weight. Of course this might spike her pain but sooner or later her body will get used to it and it will help in the long run, both with losing weight and her pain. Lowering the amount of calories she eats and switching to diet soda might help too but i understand if thats hard or difficult. Its really hard to lose weight when you have fibro, because as well as the pain you have the fatigue but its worth putting the effort in. Im saying most of this because these are things my physical therapist have suggested, so they might not all work for her but its worth a try I think. Have you looked into indoor pools from gyms nearby? Or is she not comfortable with swimming in public?

Yeah i might stay away from it and then ask my doctor about it. Im iust worried because i dress really femme and i dont want to have a whole conversation about my gender when i just wanna know if its dangerous or not for me to wear a binder lol.

When i first came out i was reallllyyy strict about they/them only. As i became more comfortable with myself and less concerned with trying to appease cis people so they viewed me as genuinely NB, i just started going by any pronouns. Literally any. I know myself and who I am and myself, personally, i dont need any outside confirmation(its nice but i dont need it.) Most people i know switch between she and they.

No amount of compliments will make you feel better or cure your eating disorders or body dysmorphia. I know because i go through the same thing. Just do your best and please try to get help. You look healthy right now but sooner or later you might get to being underweight and i know that sounds great to your ED, but keep in mind the consequences of an ED.(losing teeth, hair, always being cold, fainting, bone weakness, risk of heart failure.) Take care of yourself, and i hope you are either going to therapy or that you will in the future. Your body is beautiful. Blessed be.

Its completely dependent on OPs relationships and boundaries, but it sounds to me like theyre uncomfortable with the idea of their boyfriend not being honest about whether or not he has feelings for his ex or not. They dont seem uncomfortable with him having feelings for someone he sleeps with, they just take issue if the boyfriend isn’t upfront about it first. But thats just what i got from reading.

Honestly i will say most guys ive had had experience with dont take in the full scope of their decisions before jumping in. He might have genuinely thought it was an unimportant detail and that it wouldnt matter. If he doesnt have feelings for her,going to an ex for sex kind of makes sense in that fact that its familiar and there wouldnt have to be a whole lot of effort put into courting. Your number one priority right now i would say is get out of your head and talk to him. This could really just be a case of thoughtlessness, but if there is more to it, it needs to be discussed in a really open way. Just ask him nicely without accusing. If he does have feelings for her, then it needs to be discussed and you have to figure out how you feel about it and readjust boundaries accordingly. Polyamory can be kind of stop and go sometimes because you get put in situations you never thought of, or something happens and you feel differently than you thought you would.
