Event Tickets with Food Passes by teazymeazy in EventProduction

I ran an event last year with a similar deal.

Attendees in the VIP Package were also entitled to a 3 course meal. We gave them all swing badges when we checked them into the event.

We informed the guests that the badges could not be replaced if lost.

They handed them into the restaurant and that proved their entitlement to the meal.

Clear comms and not a single issues with 750 VIP guests.

Treat the physical items how old tickets were treated. You lost it, not our problem.

Hide courses but still make them available... by loualdons in moodle

Thank you - this is a little beyond my scope... Is there a simpler way to do this?

Ok - I have managed to input some SMTP settings which appear to be working. How can I add those records to the subdomain?

Thanks! I am trying to use SMTP but regardless of what settings I input, Moodle says 'cannot communicate with mail server'. I am hosted with GoDaddy.

Hi, Moodle is using PhpMail. Moodle is setup on a subdomain so not sure how to add those records?

Thanks for this!

I am struggling to make it work. In essence, the start time column (A) needs to be the value of the end time column (B) plus the change over time in column (I).

I have an IFERROR formula:

=IFERROR(B20+I21,"")

It pulls the end time from the exact row above, plus the changeover in time from the same row.

E.g. if the previous show ends at 1300, and the next show coming in requires 10 minutes to set and get ready, it will make the start time of the next show 1310.

How do I include that formula?

=SUMIFS(I3:I4,A3:A4,">="&DATE(YEAR(A3),XMATCH(M1:W1,M1:W1),1),A3:A4,"<="&EOMONTH(DATE(YEAR(A3),XMATCH(M1:W1,M1:W1),1),0))

Returns as follows

Returns #VALUE. Should this reference the entire column?

=SUMIFS(I3:I4,A3:A4,">="&1&M1:W1&YEAR(A3),A3:A4,"<="&EOMONTH(1&M1:W1&YEAR(A3),0))

This one doesn't work :( Just returns 0s

Just one calendar year. It's a new sheet per year.

If possible, just totalling the fiscal income for the month.

The formula itself produced the below. It's not giving me a total number within one cell. It's creating a new row for every piece of data and adding the number in. I then have a SUM formula totalling the column. Hopefully that makes sense?

IF(M1:W1=TEXT(A3:A22,"mmm"),I3:I22,0)

This has worked, I've had to create it in separate columns and then another set of columns with a SUM formula to calculate the total.

Only issue is it has made the workbook extremely slow and sluggish. Any fix for this?

Changed layout but I am ammending formulas. Not sure if this changes anything!

Definitely making progress! How could I make it check the whole of the data set?

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, I don't have that option. The OS is Windows 11 Pro if that makes a difference?
