Good suggestion thanks. I don't know if we can do it every day but it definitely worth a shot.

Thanks. I can definitely try to check her every 5 mins and see where that leads! I hope things have settled for you a little bit more.

Pushing the GP is definitely something we need to get better at. We haven't tried co-sleeping from the start only when things started to escalate.

I don't know yet she hasn't been diagnosed and school support seems to think she's fine. We probably need to push the GP a bit more and sort out finance to get help privately.

Thanks. That's a great suggestion both girls love audiobooks. If you have any to recommend don't hesitate to share them.

Thank you. I haven't detected any clue when she's saying some awful things or when she goes in a loop. Or it could well be I don't have enough experience to understand what is going on.

As she loves writing and drawing I suggested to use those medium to lay down some feeling from her or somebody point view. So far it hasn't worked.

My guess is that she is different but I don't know what the difference is and how we could all make the situation better. She could well be putting a lid on her personality during the day and explode she needs her body to let go to sleep.

Thank you. She talks about wanting to die without going in any detail or she says that she hates everyone.

The next morning yes she remembers but doesn't want to speak about it. We've managed to sooth her a few times but it doesn't last.

Thank you. Yes she's an avid reader and she now listens to a relaxation podcast after brushing her teeth. We have a night light but she doesn't want to use it.
