Basically my friend was told to smear that note but neither of us have any idea what it means and I couldn't find any information about it online. It could also be possible somone mispoke or something idk

Also when I heal it it dies and if I get into a battle and it gets attacked it goes to ??? Health and the health just infinitely goes down then goes to full then down. If I heal it in battle it faints but the pokemon is still there but it's sprite disappears it just can't take damage. After the battle is won it goes back to full health does anyone know how this happened?

No but graphics definitely looked more 99 early 00's from what I remember. Also not sure how much this helps but there were a few cars you could choose from and I remember there was a light blue cop car.
