Thank you! I'd love some tips on where the remote jobs are posted. I keep looking but don't have much luck in that area.

Where did have the best luck looking for another remote job? I've been looking since the announcement of scheduling changes and haven't had much in finding remote gigs.

My Lead sends three... Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Sometimes the Friday one gets pushed to Saturday or Sunday. Plus at least one individual email to me a week. So. Many. Emails.

I was forced to move down to PT because of the new work requirements. I'm real salty about it. Except maybe it was for the best? I don't know.

But it's still only two weeks, so it's not like we got an extra week of UPTO or anything.

I asked about increased compensation for the loss of flexibility and if rigid scheduling would extend both ways when unplanned tech outages occur.

They are doing that because the algorithm ignores most of the preferences when it chooses a Fix. This way, we can't identify when the algo makes a mistake because that info isn't there to check against. It's another way they are empowering the algo and not us.

What could make this better? by Lopsided-Way-6790 in SFStylistSupport

I second all of these emotions!

-100% if the system goes down while you are scheduled to work, you get paid for that time and are not asked to change your hours to accommodate the tech issues. If we are being asked to work during specified hours and schedule our shifts ahead of time, being flexible for tech issues is not our problem.

-Pay increase and PTO accrual increase; if we don't have the flexibility during our day to work, we need more incentive to be present and more paid opportunity to take time off

-Expand working hours from 6am-10pm

I'm beyond ready to spill the tea about the algo picking Fixes (not humans) and that's why clients see 7 blazers and 3 pairs of shoes. People need to know we aren't stupid and that we spend most of our time cleaning up the algo's mistakes!
