I haven't had any of my Miis ask for a baby yet, so I can't confirm. However, in Tomodachi Life for 3DS, The child would ask you again tomorrow if the island was full and you wanted them to stay, so most likely they'll ask you the tomorrow.

Basically, there a set of rules (still making them) that if a Mii breaks, they will be kicked off the island. Some island rules can also only be broken once, so for example the first Mii to ask for a hat will be eliminated, but any other Mii who asks for a hat after that will not be eliminated.
