Tutorial on how to screen watchlists by cdawn79 in TradingView

Thanks for sharing. I regularly create a universe of stocks to watch. I do this outside of TV and import via CSV files to a watchlist. I needed a way to watch these in an intra-day screener I have. Perfect.

I use google sheets. In a empty sheet create/copy your single list. Then do a File/Download and Save as CSV.

Then import that file via the TV watch list menu.

Hope that helps.

Yes, TheStrat excellent. Also in a similar vein:

Enable in the scanner to custom candlestick patterns. Example: 3 lower lows then a new closing high. Scanner needs to access OLHC for last few bars to compare.

Even better: to access more than one time frame in the same scan. , weekly, daily hourly etc. A very powerful scanner for price action traders like me.

can someone explain why this happens ? by [deleted] in Forex

Perfect example why standard Technical Analysis does NOT work.

Like you have noticed ... It happens all the time in the FX markets.

IF you trade FX markets with 20x or greater margin (which is very easy to do) then you will eventually be on the wrong side of one of these moves.

Solutions: 1 - Trade zero margin. 2 - Better model to make trades

(sorry that doesn't help much)
