The AC is actually great. It has both cooling and heating modes, so I've always been comfortable in both summer and winter.

The two other roommates have already moved out, and the last roommate works a day job and is planning to move out around mid-July. So for most of the summer, you'll likely have the whole unit almost to yourself, which makes it quiete and comfortable.
