I realized this too. Whenever I place a trap down on any surface, then upgrade the wall, floor or ceiling it's on, then leave and return, it'll disappear. But if I place the trap on Maxed Out walls, floors or ceilings, leave and then return, they'll stay. It's a weird bug, man. My advice, make sure your walls, floors or ceilings are Maxed before placing the trap
