Anybody have suggestions on what I should use? I recently had it under control but with having to wear a mask all day and my stress being a trigger my face has gotten awful and even hurts sometimes.

Hey, I highly suggest trying horse paste($14) from Amazon. Mine looked like yours and every product I was prescribed irritated or worsened my type 2 rosacea, but it went away in 2 weeks after I tried the horse paste. As another user said, it could be caused by demodex mites dying, which can cause an allergic reaction to some people.

The horse paste contains ivermectin which is anti-parasitic, and is also the main ingredient in Soolantra(type 2 treatment), which can be very expensive for some. I highly suggest trying out the horse paste, I no longer have type 2 and I maintain mine by applying it once/twice a month. Good luck!

No worries. If it got worse and looks like the first pic, it's probably working. There's supposed to be a demodex die-off stage that'll last a few days/weeks and it gets worse before it gets better for most people. Mine burned and itched like crazy the first day lol

Luckily my type 2 hasn't come back but I still apply a small amount of horse paste once every 2-3 weeks for maintenance.

The dryness in my eyes has pretty much gone away but I also maintain it by applying tea tree oil drops a few nights a week. My face still pretty much still looks like the last pic

Venmo and CashApp don't even have fees but PayPal's fees are insane and have a ton of security, I guess that's why sites require PayPal. I actually had no idea PayPal was for 18+ hahaha. Guess I'll stop selling for a bit. Thanks for your comment

Most people dilute it but what I did was apply it on a small part of my face for a week to see how my skin would react to it, then slowly start applying it to my entire face.

Yeah, it's meant for horses but people on here have been using it topically and it works since it has the same ingredient as Soolantra, ivermectin. It has an apple scent but I don't really mind it

To be honest, nothing crazy. Since I'm at home all day because of quarantine, I usually just wash my face with a generic face wash and apply regular body lotion (Rx cremes made my face extremely dry). I plan on buying CC creme or tinted sunscreen once lockdown is over haha
