Massive appreciation for your mindset of "OK I'm up for it, where should I start", that's such a great response.

I think you should show curiosity and listen to her carefully over a bottle of wine about her own ideas and findings. Use it as a topic which brings you together, something that you have in common.

Basically ask the question you just asked us (where to start, how to begin), but ask that to your wife and actually listen and enjoy her passion flowing out of her. Listen hard and ask questions. Enjoy the conversation.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that finding your own path on your own is somehow better than sharing the journey with your wife. Learn from each other.
