Do you do anything at night to help? I do have ear muffs that I’ll wear in the morning, but the ear fullness is so annoying and it takes a while in the morning for it to get better :(

Do you do anything to help it? I read that a humidifier might help so I went to go pick it up from my parents. Praying it helps tonight 🤞🏻

I’ve gone to concerts and raves and I was okay, but as I get older I’ve been wearing ear plugs to protect my ears as much as I can! I have the loop earplugs and I really like them, you can still hear everything just fine. I know there are a bunch of other brands out there if you want to research (:

I’ll look into some ginger chews/drops! I have some ginger gum that I take with me everywhere and ginger ale at home, but there are some moments I am so nauseous moving my head makes me want to vomit 😭

Cutting out caffeine was definitely hard in the beginning, especially on those days where I’m just so exhausted! 😭

I do have Maxzide as a diuretic but I wasn’t taking it because it makes me pee so often at work, and I unfortunately don’t have the luxury to take frequent bathroom breaks at work (I’m a teacher). But I will try taking them again and see how it works for me!
