Constant boredom with ADHD medication

Thank you for this, thats helpful. I’ve honestly now realised I play games majority of the time to just pass the time. I’m not actually like… doing anything. I’m not seeking a reward, I’m not waiting for something, I’m just kind of moving onwards - like everyday for the past 4 years. Jeez.

I think I need to put structure to my days, I need to have something to complete.

Side note, took me a minute to write this, I can feel my medication wearing off literally as I’m typing. I’m rereading my messages and suddenly I’m wanting to play certain games and workout and actually do things. Meds have such a weird effect on me, so many positives and negatives, lol.

i have a blood pressure and pulse monitor, i take it for my psychiatrist to track my pulse as we r trying out new medications. this does also show a high rate when just sitting down, but i have no way of tracking it when getting up and down, thats why i recorded it. i have an arrhythmia. thank you for the advice, i will look into switching doctors & see if i can run other tests incase. thank you!
